Your construction documents are hiding millions in savings. We find them, or you don't pay.
An independent review of your drawings that identifies 3.5% in hard-cost savings on average, with zero value engineering overlap, and no disruption to your team or schedule.

the problem
Owners are paying a blind-spot premium on every project they build because typical value engineering happens too late and asks the wrong questions, costing investors millions.
Without a Value Assurance Project Review, project teams resort to reducing material quality and scope: blunt, across-the-board reductions that erode design intent. Our platform offers the only system in place to holistically review the design documents from the ground up, questioning the deeper design decisions already embedded in the drawings, where additional savings are waiting to be uncovered.

The VAPR Review
Earlier Is Better. The full VAPR Review takes place in two phases. The first runs at the delivery of Design Development (DD) drawings, capturing big-picture savings early enough to allow time for implementation. The second runs at the permit/GMP drawing set, capturing project details and ensuring efficiency is maximized. VAPR runs in parallel with your design process: no disruptions, no delays.

Frequently Asked Questions
The best time to engage with Value Assurance is at the delivery of your design development drawings. You can engage later, but some savings can be lost if your project is on a strict timeline, and we bet it is!
You do. The VA team provides an estimate, based on thousands of data points, of your net savings (savings minus redesign costs), which you can use as a basis to confirm with your construction team. Final net savings are determined by the amount you and your contractor agree the project will save.
Nothing on net. Value Assurance fees are outcome-based and guaranteed: if the net savings you certify with your contractor don't exceed the fee, we refund the difference dollar-for-dollar.
Our process is collaborative, and many of our recommendations simplify work for design and construction teams.
We always find savings. It's up to you whether to pursue them. Our fees are outcome-based, and you don't get charged for savings you don't pursue or realize.
That's great. Value Assurance targets savings often overlooked by design and construction teams, and does not focus on typical material substitutions, scope reductions, or specification downgrades (all of which we understand: project budgets are under extreme pressure). Instead, the review examines the design decisions themselves: construction type classifications, code compliance pathways, structural approaches, system configurations, and assembly compositions, asking whether the same outcome can be achieved through a fundamentally different, less costly path. Value Assurance doesn't compete with value engineering. It completes it.
